Contract conditions and legal basis of Office Group Zug GmbH

I. Scope

  1. The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between customers (hereinafter referred to as “customer”) and Office Group Zug GmbH when using the services.
  2. Supplementary terms and conditions may apply to specific services provided by Office Group Zug GmbH. If you have any questions, please contact Office Group Zug GmbH.

II. General Provisions

  1. Office Group Zug GmbH supports entrepreneurs with various services.
  2. Information on the range of products and services as well as prices is available at www.myoffices.ch apparent.

III. Scope of services

  1. Office Group Zug GmbH offers customers a selection of service packages, as described in the price list.
  2. On request, Office Group Zug GmbH will grant the customer a formal domicile in its business premises.
  3. The customer intends to set up his registered office or branch on the premises of Office Group Zug GmbH.
  4. Office Group Zug GmbH provides further services upon request, provided that these are feasible and legally permitted.
  5. The customer gives Office Group Zug GmbH power of attorney to receive communication and official orders. Additional services are agreed separately.
  6. Office Group Zug GmbH informs customers about further offers and services within the legal framework.

IV. Liability

  1. The provision of services does not result in any claims for the customer that go beyond the expressly granted rights.
  2. The customer assumes full liability for damage caused by the use of the services. Office Group Zug GmbH is not liable for damage suffered by the customer.
  3. The use of the services does not imply approval or support of the customer's business activities by Office Group Zug GmbH.
  4. Office Group Zug GmbH pays rental costs and personnel costs; there are no further payment obligations.
  5. Office Group Zug GmbH shall bear the costs for the customer of changes of up to 200 Swiss francs.

V. Prices and methods of payment

  1. Services must be paid upon receipt of the respective invoice. Tariffs and billing periods are set out in the contract.
  2. Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing. Reminder fees may be charged.
  3. In the event of late payment, the provision of services may be suspended.
  4. Office Group Zug GmbH may commission third parties to collect outstanding payments.
  5. The customer bears all costs in case of late payment, including interest on arrears.

VI. Commencement, duration and termination of the contract

  1. Contracts come into force upon signature and receipt of payment.
  2. Contracts are automatically extended and notice periods must be met.
  3. Price changes will be notified by email and will be considered approved unless objected to.
  4. If payment is delayed by more than 30 days, Office Group Zug GmbH may withdraw from the contract.
  5. In the event of unfair transactions, the agreement can be terminated without notice.
  6. When the contract is terminated, Office Group Zug GmbH may announce the termination of the customer's seat.

VII. Privacy Policy

  1. Office Group Zug GmbH collects and stores data for contract fulfillment and billing.
  2. Data processing is carried out in accordance with data protection regulations and via an encrypted connection.
  3. The customer has the right to irrevocable deletion of their data.

VIII. Miscellaneous

  1. Unless otherwise stated, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.
  2. If a provision is invalid, the remaining contract remains valid.
  3. Amendments to the terms and conditions will be notified and will be considered approved unless objected to.
  4. The place of jurisdiction is the headquarters of Office Group Zug GmbH; Swiss law applies.
